GROUP SHOW:

6 Contemporary Women Artists | Action in Abstraction

14/05/2023 - 07/06/2023

This all-women exhibition features a collection of paintings and works on paper where markings, incisions, strokes of paint and sometimes lashings of colour construct pictorial form. Whilst each artist applies different perspectives and techniques, each work represents an abstraction of emotional, physical and mental energy. The curatorial principle guiding this bold showcase of contemporary expression is ‘activity’ in the sense of both mental process and physical application.
